HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Each stylist profile (located under the artist. tab) lists their preferred booking method and contact info in order to best get you in-touch & scheduled.

DO WE REQUIRE DEPOSITS TO HOLD APPOINTMENTS?

Many stylists are independent within our salon and carry their own rules & regulations. PARLOUR artists do not require deposits but it may vary by independent artists.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice of any cancellations needed in order to offer your individual spot to those on our waiting lists.

DO I NEED TO WEAR OR DO ANYTHING SPECIAL FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

For those receiving color services we ask that you have washed your hair within the last 48 hours. Modern color lines are gentle enough that you should not need any dirt/oil barriers that were recommended for the past harsh chemicals. We love to see you in whatever your style is however we want to share a reminder that with color/chemical services, accidents may happen and to keep that in mind when choosing your outfit.  

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SERVICES?

 

Each service is "a la carte" at PARLOUR & our stylists individually carry their own pricing. There are no hidden fees or services included in each individual service. We charge per service provided in order to avoid over or under compensation to your individual artist. We are happy to communicate pricing and offer solutions within your budget as needed. We do offer complimentary snacks & drinks & would love to make you a NESPRESSO coffee during your visit.

DO YOU HAVE A CELL PHONE/CHILD & GUEST POLICY?

We would love for you to use your cellphone in any way needed during your stay but ask that you use headphones to avoid breaking the relaxation our other guest are enjoying. We also love to see your littles & your friends however we have limited space within the salon & ask that you come individually to your appointments.
